Terms of Service – @LicksyourpawsBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
GENERAL- You must be 18 years or older to place a commission. I will not work with minors.
- I have the right to refuse or deny any commission request that I am not comfortable with.
- Please always tag me (@Licksyourpaws on X) whenever you post my artwork.
- Only upload my artwork if you are the owner of the characters depicted.
PAYMENT
- All payments must be paid upfront and in full. (ocassionally partial payments are allowed)
- I accept Ko-Fi and PayPal. work will only begin once payment is complete.
- Refunds are only available within 5 days after purchasing a commission.
- If you are waiting for more than 4 months, you may request a refund.
- All refunds are sent with the included fee I was charged during the payment process. (meaning you would not get the full price)
- Any chargeback during or after the commission process will result in your commission being canceled, and you will be placed on a blacklist and no longer able to commission me.
WORK PROCESS
- I do not send WIPs/sketches unless you request them before I begin your commission.
- Once work has started, I generally do not provide additional WIPs for later stages (coloring, shading, etc.)
- Small edits can be made after completion for things I may have missed or gotten wrong. (up to 2 times)
PRIVACY & POSTING
- I do not keep any piece private by default.
- Private commissions are available for an additional fee (depends on the price of the artwork).
- I can post your piece anonymously for free upon request.
- I retain the right to post any artwork I create, including commissions, unless agreed otherwise.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
- As the artist, I retain copyright to all personal and commissioned art. This includes completed illustrations and any WIPs/sketches.
- You may not use, trace, copy, or otherwise reproduce my artwork.
- You may not use my work for your own profit, remove my watermark, or train AI with my artworks.
- You may not use the commissioned art for commercial purposes (prints, merchandise, etc.) without my permission.
- Cropping for icons or similar personal uses is fine
